By using Who Is Better, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any of these terms, you must not use the service.
Service description
Who Is Better is a free tool that allows you to compare League of Legends player statistics using data from the Riot Games public API. The service includes direct comparisons, player challenges, ladder-style competitions, and AI-generated analysis.
Accounts and authentication
Account creation is optional. You can sign in with Discord or Google to access additional features like linking your LoL account, getting your verified badge, and auto-filling forms. By creating an account, you agree to us storing the data necessary for the service to function.
Competitions
Competitions are open ladders where participants sign up voluntarily. By signing up, you agree that your public Riot Games statistics will be used for comparisons and that results will be visible to all participants. Who Is Better is not responsible for prizes offered by third parties in sponsored competitions.
Permitted use
The service is intended exclusively for personal and recreational use. You may not use Who Is Better for commercial purposes, automate queries en masse, or attempt to extract data systematically.
Data accuracy
The statistics shown come directly from the Riot Games API and reflect the data available at the time of the query. Who Is Better does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. The AI-generated analysis is indicative and should not be considered a definitive evaluation.
Intellectual property
League of Legends, Riot Games, and all related trademarks are the property of Riot Games, Inc. Who Is Better is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Riot Games. Champion images, profile icons, and rank data are the property of Riot Games and are used in accordance with their API usage policies.
Limitation of liability
Who Is Better is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service, including the inability to access it or the inaccuracy of the data displayed.
Service availability
We do not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service. Who Is Better may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or Riot Games API limitations.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
