Understand your tilt patterns to climb in ranked

Tilt is one of the biggest enemies of ranked progress. Many players do not realize how much playing on tilt costs them because they have never seen the real numbers. This tool analyzes your play sessions and separates normal ones from sessions where tilt took over. Seeing the winrate difference is eye-opening and can be the motivation you need to start taking breaks when things go south.

Why analyzing your gaming sessions matters

Improving at League of Legends is not just about mechanics and game knowledge. Emotional management is equally important, especially in ranked where every game counts. By analyzing your sessions you can discover patterns you did not know you had: maybe you always tilt after losing the first game of the day, or maybe your tilt sessions are more common on weekends. With that information you can create strategies to avoid falling into the same mistakes.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is tilt in League of Legends?+

Tilt is a negative emotional state that affects your in-game performance. It happens when frustration, anger, or anxiety build up and start influencing your decisions. A tilted player tends to play more aggressively than necessary, take unfavorable fights, and lose focus on map objectives.

How does this tool detect my tilt patterns?+

We group your recent games into play sessions. When there is a gap of more than 30 minutes between games, we consider it the start of a new session. If within a session you accumulate three or more consecutive losses, that session gets flagged as a tilt session. Then we compare your winrate in normal sessions versus tilt sessions to show you the real impact.

How much does my winrate drop when I am tilted?+

It varies from player to player, but on average we have seen drops of 10 to 25 percentage points in winrate during tilt sessions. That means if you normally win 55% of your games, while tilted you could drop to 35 or 40%. The difference in LP lost over the course of a season can be huge.

What can I do when I detect that I am tilted?+

The first thing is to stop playing ranked immediately. It does not matter if you feel like you can turn it around, the data shows that the vast majority of players perform worse if they keep playing while tilted. Take a break of at least 30 minutes, do something relaxing, and come back only when your mind feels clear. If it is late at night, it is best to leave it for another day.

How often should I check my tilt patterns?+

We recommend checking at least once a week. This way you can identify trends: whether certain hours or days have more tilt sessions, whether your loss streaks are increasing, or whether your tilt winrate is improving over time. Being aware of your patterns is the first step to controlling them.
